Accessing your profile page

Every user has their own profile page. This is where you can see all your uploaded posts, and other views such as the species you’ve photographed, and your photography calendar.

The easiest way to get to your own profile page, is by clicking your avatar in the top-right.

Uploading a banner

Click the current banner to upload a new image. The recommended size for banners is 1272×160px (roughly 8:1 ratio).

On mobile, we’ll crop the banner to the centre of the image, so try to keep any key elements of the banner within the middle ~400px section.

When you select an image to upload, we’ll show a modal where you can then crop it. If you image is exactly the right size, you won’t be able to move it, but you can zoom in. On a desktop computer, hold CTRL or CMD whilst zooming with your mouse wheel. On mobile, you can pinch to zoom in and out.
